1. Outstanding characteristics:
This product is composed of detergents, inhibitors, accelerators, masking agents, fogging agents, surfactants and other organic acids series cleaning agents. Two. Methods of use:
1、冷凝器化学清洗流程:水冲洗→酸洗除垢→水 冲 洗→钝化处理；
1, chemical cleaning process: water washing, acid cleaning, scale removal, water washing, passivation.
2. Disconnect other systems which are not related to the cooling coil, and connect the cleaning tank, cleaning pump and cooling coil into a cleaning and closing loop.
3. Under the condition of simulated cleaning, the leakage of the cleaning system is checked, and the loose dirt in the coil is cleared. When there is no large particle impurity in the flushing water at the exit, the water is washed out.
4. After the water rinsing, the "condenser cleaning agent" is added in the cleaning tank to control the concentration of the main agent in 3-6%, and the temperature is in the range of 50-60. The cleaning time is carried out in the system, and the cleaning time is about 2-3 hours. The pH test paper is used to measure the pH value of the acid (1 /20 minutes) and keep it below 1. When the pH value tends to stable in half an hour and no gas is released in the cleaning system, the process of pickling is finished.
5、水冲洗合格后，循环添加“ 钝化预膜剂”进行钝化处理，来提高铜管的耐腐蚀性能。待整个系统溶液浓度混合均匀后停止循环，浸泡2-3小时。将钝化液排出系统，然后用“ 中和处理剂”中和处理后排放（pH值6-7），清洗过程结束。
5. After water washing is qualified, the passivation pretreatment agent is added to passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of the copper tube. After the solution concentration of the whole system is mixed evenly, stop circulation and soak for 2-3 hours. The passivation fluid was discharged from the system and then neutralized with the "neutralization treatment agent" and discharged (pH 6-7), and the cleaning process ended.
